Creating An Email Account

Before proceeding, you'll be required to setup an e-mail address within cPanel before setting it up in Microsoft Outlook 2016. View the guide here: Guide: Creating an email account

If your email address already exists within cPanel, please proceed with following the instructions below.


Step 1 - Click on File

Step 2 - Click on Add Account

Step 3 - Add your email address, select Advanced Options and tick Let me set up my account manually then click Connect

Step 4 - Select IMAP as the account type

Step 5 - Add your mail settings and click Connect

Step 6 - Add your email username (full email address) and password in and click OK

You have now completed setting up your email account on Microsoft Outlook 2016. You should be able to send and receive emails.
