You can change your plan at any time. PANTHUR does not charge upgrade/downgrade fees & you will only be invoiced for the remainder of your current term on the existing billing cycle.
1. Log into the members area https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides the web hosting service you would like to upgrade
3. Select the 'Upgrade/Downgrade' option under the 'General Settings' tab
3. You will then be able to select your new plan & billing cycle
4. Click 'Next Step'
5. Review your order & proceed by clicking 'Click to checkout'
If you are upgrading, your account will be upgraded immediately upon receipt of payment. If you are downgrading, your account will be downgraded right after your downgrade order.
