To change your cPanel main domain name from what you signed up with, you must first ensure the new domain meets all of the following:
- The domain is registered & pointing to our nameservers: ns1.panthur.com, ns2.panthur.com, ns3.panthur.com & ns4.panthur.com - More information can be found here: http://members.panthur.com.au/knowledgebase/14/How-do-I-update-my-domain-name-servers.html
- The domain is not setup as an addon domain, parked domain or as an account on any other server in the PANTHUR network.
Once the domain meets the above criteria, please submit a ticket requesting that we update the primary domain of the cPanel account.
Master domain name on your reseller account
To change the master domain name on your reseller account will cost a $20 fee service administration fee and will need to be done by our system administrators. Please submit a new support ticket to us here: https://members.panthur.com.au/submitticket.php - We will then process the primary domain change for you & let you know as soon as we have completed it.
