As a PANTHUR reseller, you are able to assign dedicated IP addresses to the sub accounts you have in your WHM. You cannot add them directly in WHM though, you must use the 'IP Manager'.

About the IP Manager

To add an IP to one of your sub accounts you must first buy an IP Credit. IP Credits are charged at $5/month, however you will be billed according to your existing cycle. If you pay yearly, you will be billed $60/year. You will also be billed prorata for your term, so if you are 6 months into your one year term, you will be billed $30 for the remainder of your cycle.

Once you have purchased an IP Credit, you may then assign the credit to one of your accounts. The IP Is added instantly & will display in WHM & use one credit.

Accessing the IP Manager

1. You will need to open up the IP Manager. To do this, visit https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides your reseller account
3. Then select 'IP Manager' from the blue actions menu (to the right of your domain name). The IP Manager will then load up

Buying an IP Credit

1. Open up the IP Manager as above
2. Locate the 'Buy one IP Credit' button - read the notice above it
3. Click 'Buy one IP Credit' - when you do you will need to confirm that you understand the terms of the IP Credit

You will then be invoiced prorata for the credit - a new window will open containing the invoice. As soon as this invoice is paid, your credit will become active

Add dedicated IP to account

1. Ensure you have at least one active IP credit available - to buy one, follow the above steps
2. Locate the account you want to activate a dedicated IP address on & click 'Add IP'
3. The IP address will be added to the account & then shown next to it.

Note: You will need to allow 12-24 hours for DNS to propagate & for the site to begin to show again

Removing a dedicated IP from an account

1. Open the IP Manager & locate the account at the bottom of the page
2. Click 'Remove IP' - the account will be given back the shared IP address of the server.

Cancelling an IP Credit

1. Navigate to the IP Manager as above
2. Click 'Cancel' next to the IP credit you wish to cancel. The credit ID is listed on the invoices related to the credit so you know which one to cancel
3. IP Credits are non refundable, they will be cancelled immediately

Note: If you cancel a credit before it has even been activated, the relevant invoice for that credit will also be cancelled
