You may also retrieve your cPanel/WHM login details directly via the Panthur members area using the instructions below:

1. Log into the members area here: https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides your service
3. From the drop down menu select the 'Login Details' option
4. The bottom sub section will display your cPanel/WHM username and password, you may also reset the password for cPanel/WHM here
