To add or remove a dedicated IP address to your primary domain name of your account:
1. Visit https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides your account.
3. Select the 'Account Overview' option under the 'General Settings' column
4. Select the green 'Activate' or 'Deactivate' button under the 'Dedicated IP Address' field
Resellers can add dedicated IP addresses to their sub accounts by following the instruction found here.

Resellers can add dedicated IP addresses to their sub accounts by following the instruction found here.
Once you click the Activate button, the account be given a new IP address & displayed next to the button. You will be invoiced for the IP address but it will be activated immediatley for you. The current price for an IP address is $5/month regardless of billing cycle. For example, annual accounts would be billed $60/year. You will be invoiced prorata for the remainder of your term. Please allow 12-24 hours for DNS to repropagate & for your site to begin to load again.
