To upgrade or downgrade your service:

1. Log into the members area https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides the account you wish to upgrade or downgrade
3. Select the 'Upgrade/Downgade' option under the 'General Settings' colomn
4. Proceed with following the on-screen instructions
