Note: You can also check/confirm your email password by going to your Webmail page (If your domain is "yourdomain.net.au" you would go to "yourdomain.net.au/webmail" or "webmail.yourdomain.net.au"). If you can log in, it means the password is correct.
Step 1 - Log into cPanel and click on the Email Accounts icon.
Step 2 - Click on Manage next to the email account in question.
Step 3 - Enter in a new, strong password, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Update Email Settings.
Note: Selecting 'Generate' will create a random strong password.
Step 4 - After changing an email password you will need to update the password on any devices that have the email set up. Click here for our guides on how to do that. If your device continues to log in with the wrong password, you may find that your IP address is automatically blocked on our server firewall. You can follow this guide to resolve an IP block.
