Step 2 - Click on Add Email Account

Step 3 - Add in the email name and password you want, then click Create Account

Mailbox Quota: Note that setting this to Unlimited just means that the email account isn't strictly limited and can take up all free space available on the hosting account. It isn't "unlimited" in the traditional meaning.
