You do not need to create any FTP accounts to be able to upload your website or use FTP.

When you sign up with PANTHUR or create a new account in WHM (resellers), we will create a default FTP account for you. The FTP details for this are the same as your cPanel username & password

Locate your FTP Login Details

1. Log into the PANTHUR members area: https://members.panthur.com.au/myhosting/
2. Select the blue 'Options' button besides your account
3. Select the 'Login Details' option under the colomn 'General Settings'
4. Select the blue 'FTP' button at the top of the page
5. Your FTP username, password, hostname, path (directory) & port will all be displayed. Enter these into your FTP client to access your website & upload your websites files.

Resellers: The same applies for your sub accounts, the default FTP Username & Password is the same as the accounts cPanel login details.
