How To Restore A Backup Made in Mac Mail

Step 1 - Click File > Import Mailboxes

Step 2 - Select Apple Mail as the format and click Continue

Step 3 - (1) Select the backup file you want to restore then (2) Click Choose

Step 4 - Once the restore is complete, click Done
