Step 1 - Log into https://members.panthur.com.au/clientarea.php and click on SECURITY > OPTIONS
Step 2 - Click on Error, Certificate order not yet completed. click here to view details
Step 3 - Fill out all the details and make sure to add the CSR (Signing Request). You will need to either ask your web host for this or generate it on your hosting server. Click Submit Certificate Details on the bottom of the page once done.
Step 4 - Complete the email or phone verification as per the instructions on screen
Step 5 - Wait 2hrs or so for the SSL to be approved
Step 6 - Log in to https://members.panthur.com.au/myssl/ then click Options > Security Keys. You can give the Certificate Key and CA Bundle to your web host to install the certificate or install it yourself on your server with those details. Note that if your service asks for a Private Key, you will need to get this from your web server.
