If your purchased SSL certificate isn't functioning, reinstalling the certificate can often help fix it.



Step 1 - Log in to cPanel and click on the AutoInstall SSL icon




Step 2 - Add the token from the email you received titled "Your SSL Certificate - Installation Instructions" and click on "Verify Token".




Step 3 - Click "Re-install Certificate".
